What we cannot help with
We are not a bank and have no access to any bank account or transaction. For these, contact your bank directly through the number printed on your card or passbook:
- money debited but cash not dispensed (see what the RBI rules say);
- a cash deposit not credited (see how to complain and escalate);
- a card retained by an ATM, a blocked card or a forgotten PIN.
